Eastvale’s City Clerk’s Office is committed to ethically serving the needs of the residents of our community by providing equal access to open and transparent government, ensuring the integrity of the participatory process, bridging internal and external communication pathways, and enhancing the public’s trust in local government.
The City Clerk’s Office ensures open and transparent access through a multitude of services including but not limited to: records-related services, creating agendas and conducting all public meetings, organizing regular and special general municipal elections, and administering boards and commissions program related to vacancies, orientation, commission handbook, and Maddy Act compliance.
Mission Statement
The mission of the City Clerk’s Office is to accurately record and preserve the actions of the City Council, safeguard vital, historic and permanent records of the City, providing information and support to the City Council, City Staff and the Public in a timely, courteous and fiscally responsible manner; and administering open and free elections.
