The City of Eastvale’s Planning Division is responsible for planning proposed development projects that help Eastvale sustain growth and development. They provide support to the public, developers, City staff, the City Council and the Planning Commission. They also ensure the environmental sustainability of proposed public and private projects throughout the city.
Planning is responsible for:

Processing development applications for small and large projects

Assisting the public with any planning related questions or concerns

Ensuring the city remains up to date with state and federal planning and environmental mandates

Coordinating meetings with the planning commission

Assisting the Community Enhancement and Safety Division with interpreting zoning code in potential code enforcement cases
