The City Attorney's Office represents the City in litigation matters and prosecutes violators of the city laws. The City Attorney serves as the legal advisor and represents the City Council, City Commissioners, and all City Officials. In addition, the preparation and/or approval of all ordinances, contracts, resolutions, and agreements is the responsibility of the office. The City Attorney assists the organization in enhancing the quality of life in Eastvale while maintaining the trust and integrity of our City government.
