The City of Eastvale is home to many beautiful parks for which are overseen by JCSD Parks & Recreation Department and Jurupa Area Recreation & Park District.
Residents that live West of Hamner Avenue are part of Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD).
JCSD provides park and recreation services, water services, maintains frontage landscaping, and sewer and street lights for the City of Eastvale. There are currently 18 parks in Eastvale with additional parks planned for the near future. This accounts for approximately 250 acres of open space in Eastvale. The following Eastvale centers and parks are part of JCSD:

PARKS EAST OF HAMNER AVE.
There are four parks in Eastvale East of Hamner Avenue (between Hamner Ave. and the I-15 Freeway) that are part of Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District (JARPD) as follows:
- Cambria Park: 5471 Harmony Drive, Eastvale, CA 91752
- Delaware Greenbelt: 6986 Delaware River Drive, Eastvale, CA 91752
- Harmony Park: 5641 Treasure Drive, Eastvale, CA 91752
- Moon River Park: 6859 Moon River Street, Eastvale, CA 91752
