Overview

We are a reflection of Eastvale’s commitment to enhancing public safety, quality of life, and positive relationships within our community. The City of Eastvale has a reputation of attractive and well-maintained properties, which is based on the high standards demonstrated by the community and established by the City Code.

The Code Enforcement Team is here to assist and resolve land use violations through education and awareness first, while taking enforcement action only when compliance is not achieved. Code Enforcement is responsible for ensuring compliance with the City’s various land use codes and regulations. Its primary function is to handle complaints on numerous municipal code regulations ranging from unpermitted structures, abandoned vehicles, illegal signage, graffiti, property maintenance, Airbnb violations, business and rental registration and other various municipal code regulations.

We are also a lead contact for Emergency Management and supporting the highly regarded Neighborhood Watch program by working closely with the Eastvale Police Department and our Neighborhood Watch Program Captains for all 29 neighborhoods in Eastvale.
