Public Records Request
The California Public Records Act (CPRA) designates the vast majority of the City’s records as available for public disclosure. These laws also provide certain categories of records that are exempt from public disclosure, such as personnel records, records related to current litigation, or current real estate negotiations, and such.
The City of Eastvale is now utilizing a new web-based public record request management system hosted by GovQA. This system will maximize efficiency for responses and will help better track public records requests submitted. Click on the icon below to submit your public records request online!
Responding to Requests for Public Records:
Once a request has been submitted to the City for specific records, the City Clerk will coordinate a response to your request. As permitted by the CPRA, receiving your public records response may take up to ten (10) calendar days. An additional fourteen (14) calendar day extension may be applied when deemed necessary.
You may contact the City Clerk's office at (951) 703-4420 for any questions.
