Passport Services
Passport services will be temporarily suspended until late November 2024.
You can now apply for routine service with processing times of 6-8 weeks. You also have the option of paying an additional $60 per application for expedited service with processing times of 2-3 weeks. Please be advised that processing times now begin the day an application is received by the passport agency or center, not on the day the customer applied for a passport at an acceptance facility. Please visit www.travel.state.gov for more details.
Passport Services are by appointment only. We do not take walk-ins.

Notary Services
Notary services are available Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. by appointment only. Walk-in service and same day appointments are not available. To make an appointment please book an appointment email CityClerk@eastvaleca.gov or contact the City Clerk's Office at (951) 703-4420.
Please note that one valid form of identification is required and each signature is $15.00
