The Building Safety Team of the Community Safety Department strives to promote the limitless opportunities in Eastvale. We review proposed building projects to accommodate the construction codes adopted by the State of California. The team reviews and analyzes construction plans, issues permits, and performs periodic inspections of residential, commercial and city owned public projects. Our team is focused on the safety and accessibility of our residents in built environments.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Building Safety Team is to ensure compliance with the state’s building codes by providing a highly trained staff and a high level of customer service to both residents, involved in property improvement projects, and professionals engaged in larger scale development. We strive to solve problems by being highly responsive and accessible and by providing a timely response to requests for service.

Please review the Electronic Plan Review Instructions when submitting permit applications online.
