About the Project:
The City of Eastvale will construct new multi-use trail, roadway and traffic signal modifications, and aesthetic features as part of the Safety & Connectivity Project along Harrison Avenue and Scholar Way. Once completed, the project will make it easier and safer to travel on Harrison Avenue and Scholar Way, whether you are in a car, on a bike or on foot. This project WILL NOT reduce the number of travel lanes on either side of the roads and will enhance the traffic flow along Harrison Avenue and Scholar Way.
Harrison Avenue and Scholar Way provide north/south connectivity within the city. The project will connect from the northern city limit to the multi-use trails along Santa Ana River.
This will be the first project to move forward following a grant award for active transportation and will service several neighborhoods, schools, parks and transit routes to provide a robust active transportation network for users of all ages and abilities whether in a car, on a bike or on foot.
