As part of the Riverside County Transportation Commission's 91 Project in Corona and Riverside, construction crews will drill for soil samples and conduct maintenance activities on the 91 and I-15. Noise can be expected with these activities. Safety is RCTC's highest priority, so please:

• Slow down and watch for workers and heavy equipment 
• Allow extra time to get to work, school or appointments 
• Tell friends or customers about construction activity 
• Be extra careful when driving at night and in rainy weather 
• Avoid mobile phone use or other distractions when driving through this area 
• Watch for lane and ramp closures, use alternate routes and follow detours 
• Obey the "Move Over" Law, which requires you to move to lanes away from any construction work, when it's safe to do so 
• Remember that this is a short-term inconvenience for long-term mobility benefits
