Join the City of Eastvale for a joint special meeting with City Council and the Planning Commission to review the state-mandated Housing Element sites to ensure the City is in compliance to meet the state's future housing needs.
      

The meeting will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. and will be located at the Eastvale City Hall, 12363 Limonite Ave, Suite 910, Eastvale, CA 91752. To view the agenda packet, click here.
           

The City Council and Planning Commission will provide their recommendations at the November 1st meeting for the selected sites prior to submitting the draft plan to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) to begin a 60-day review period. Once comments are received by HCD, Eastvale staff will make any revisions per the review, and present the final Housing Element to the City Council for approval. Then the final approved Housing Element will be submitted to HCD for certification.
             

To learn more about the sites chosen, residents are encouraged to attend. The City will have Mandarin translators available to assist.
