You’re invited to join us for the upcoming Strategic Plan Workshop as we review our priorities and goals for the future on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 8:30 a.m.
The meeting will be broken down in three parts:
8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Purpose of Strategic Planning
- Strategic Plan Interview Results Overview
- Our Purpose & Values
10:00 a.m. to Noon
- SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis
- Develop Targets
Noon to 3:00 p.m.
- Establish goals
- Prioritize goals
This workshop will be held in the Eastvale City Hall Council Chambers. There will be limited seating available and social distancing will be observed. The meeting will also be live-streamed through our City website at www.eastvaleca.gov.
