Josh Lee was appointed to the Eastvale Planning Commission in 2017. He and his wife, Linda, with their child, Haven, moved to Eastvale in 2015 and are extremely proud to call Eastvale home.
Josh is a planner by training and has an extensive background in land use and transportation planning, especially in our Inland Empire region. He currently works as a Chief of Planning with San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) for the neighboring San Bernardino County. His planning background and experience serves him well in his planning commission role at the City.
He has managed some of the most exciting planning projects in the region such as the Riverside County Healthy Communities Element, San Bernardino County Regional Greenhouse Reduction Plan, and SBCTA’s Non-Motorized Transportation Plan. He also manages some of the initiatives on Open Data at SBCTA, RTP/SCS Growth Forecasts with SCAG, and Countywide Safe Routes to School Programs and Pedestrian Plans. He also serves on the Board at one of the region’s nonprofit organization, Reach Out, a group that helps communities in Inland Empire to thrive by providing access, support, education, and career options and opportunities among youth.
Faith is extremely important to Josh and his family and thus, his family is very proud of being part the Calvary Chapel Eastvale community. He is a graduate of UCLA, and earned his graduate degree in Planning from Cornell University.
