On August 3, 2017, at 2:30 PM, members of the Jurupa Valley Station’s Special Enforcement Team, along with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Marijuana Eradication Team, served a search warrant in the 14000 block of Wolfhound Street in the city of Eastvale. Evidence of illegal marijuana cultivation along with an electrical bypass to steal electricity were located inside of the residence. Jianguo Li, at 40-year-old resident of New York, was arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to sell and theft of utilities.
