Small Business Workshop: Employee Life Cycle

On Thursday, March 16, 2017, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, SCORE Inland Empire will host a FREE Workshop on Employee Life Cycle- HR Best Practices in Hiring/Firing!, at New Day Church, 7155 Hamner Avenue, in the City of Eastvale.

Are you aware of the key steps of the employee life cycle? Come to this workshop to find out about the employee life cycle and share best practices in recruiting, hiring, and firing techniques. Learn ways to enhance your business' strategy for building a strong talent pool every time.  

Take time to discover how to determine which employees are right for your business and which ones are not. The key is to know what procedures are necessary in preventing possible workplace lawsuits. 

Business owners and start-up entities alike are welcome to attend.

Lynn brings over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources, including employee relations, talent recruitment/retention, benefits, compensation and training. She was the Human Resources Manager for a aerospace corporation in Southern California. She has also been a consultant and held a number of key human resources roles for a large Southern California Life Insurance Company.
